1. Product Availability & Substitutions
Snack selections may vary based on availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. All product descriptions and photos are for illustrative purposes.

2. Payment
We accept secure payments via Shopify and approved third-party providers. All transactions must be completed before shipment.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping times may vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If something is wrong with your order, please reach out within 5 days of delivery to snack@grabbygrubbies.com and we’ll make it right.

5. User Conduct
By using this site, you agree not to misuse any content, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt operations in any way.

6. Intellectual Property
