Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase. We move fast — because no one likes waiting for snacks.

Shipping Methods & Timing
We currently ship within the United States using USPS and UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping — keep an eye out for promo codes or seasonal deals!

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your box is on the move. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us at snack@grabbygrubbies.com.

Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, we can resend it — but additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Issues or Damages?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, email us within 5 days of delivery at snack@grabbygrubbies.com. We’ll investigate and make it right.
