Because we sell food products, we do not accept returns for safety reasons. However, your happiness matters to us — and we stand by every box we send.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at snack@grabbygrubbies.com. We’ll review the issue and make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit — depending on the situation.
